The house consists of a lower floor with a shared living room and kitchen - and a small toilet. The stairs go up to a landing where two separate "rooms" have been made - which are separated by the bathroom. The "rooms" can be used for bedrooms or just one and the other for something else. However, I have inserted beds in both places. You are free to change it or use it as you want.
The house is fully furnished except for the large bathroom. Remember the money code Motherlode if your Sim family needs money for the house - or use the freerealestate code.
